Richard is the CEO of Northstream Global Partners, LLC, and the Founder of Liberate Ideas, Inc. He has been engaged in the pharmaceutical industry for over 30 years, starting his career at Merrill Dow in Cincinnati. He held agency leadership positions in New York at Klemtner and at Corbett in Chicago and New York. He was also the Global Chairman and CEO of McCann Healthcare based in New York.
He has been board member and advisor to a number of non-profit organizations such as Jobs for America’s Graduates and Global Fairness Initiative. He is also a mentor and advisor to a variety of healthcare ecosystem startups.
Richard was the 2016 Healthcare Marketer’s Exchange Humanitarian of the Year. He has a BA in Physiology from Southern Illinois University
Jay serves as Senior Vice President, Director of Business Development, at AbelsonTaylor. A 29-year veteran of the agency, over the years he has worked on “more product launches than I can truthfully remember.” Jay began his professional career in New York working for the William Douglas McAdams agency.
In 1988, Jay joined the 32-person AbelsonTaylor as an Account Supervisor. A year later, he was promoted to Vice President, Account Director, and later to Senior Vice President, Director of Client Services, where he eventually led a team of 180 account managers, project managers, account planners, digital strategists, media planners, and a clinical information team. Today his responsibilities at AbelsonTaylor include new business, client strategy, client relations, and external agency relations.
Jay is a deacon at his church in St. Joseph, Michigan, has served as the past chairperson for the Medical Advertising Hall of Fame (MAHF), and currently serves as a board member on MAHF, the Coalition for Healthcare Communications, and for the Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana.
Jay is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s College of Pharmacy, and received an MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
Geoff is the EVP, Chief Innovation Officer for Sandbox, located in 7 cities throughout North America. He is responsible for creating innovative solutions to help their clients stay competitive in a constantly changing healthcare communication industry.
Geoff has a long history developing marketing solutions including his time at the Tribune Company where he served as the SVP/Health, with oversight responsibility for health across all the corporation’s media companies and channels. Prior, he worked for Omnicom and was founder and Managing Director for Kinect, a digital agency that created integrated channel strategies and online communication solutions.
An interactive and online marketing pioneer, Geoff’s interactive career started in 1991 at McCann Erickson where he started their first digital agency, McCann Interactive. In 1995, he founded Two Way Communications, a digital agency focused on developing eMarketing solutions for pharmaceutical and CPG clients.
Geoff current and past volunteer work includes the Children’s Heart Foundation, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and served as a board member and volunteer for the Athlete’s Against Drugs organization that serves underprivileged kids for 10+ years.
Nicole is Director of Commercial Sales at US Pharma Solutions in May 2016, where she was awarded the Elsevier Executive Club for exceeding her goal. Currently, Nicole’s portfolio includes allergy/immunology, cardiology, dermatology, emergency medicine, orthopedics, pain, and surgical specialties. She is known for an approach that is strategic in sales leadership and continues driving the pace to move the team to deliver. Her continued professionalism allows her to value both internal and external relationships equally. She addresses obstacles head on and creates trust by valuing everyone involved throughout the entire sales process.
Nicole began her career in STM (Science, Technology, and Medical) Publishing in 2002, holding positions in marketing and editorial. She then joined Elsevier in 2004. During her time at Elsevier, she began her tenure as a Product Manager and was promoted to Strategic Marketing Manager. In 2007, she moved over to US Pharma Solutions where she began directly selling in the markets of cardiology, pain, and orthopedics. In 2008, she was awarded US Pharma Solutions Sales Representative of the Year. The pillars of her success in sales include relationship management, revenue generation, and sales negotiation. Her proven track record garnered her promotion in 2015 as Associate Director of Commercial Sales. During the same year, she was recognized as an Honorable Mention for the Healthcare Marketer’s Exchange Humanitarian Awards.
